Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMC) consist of a heterogeneous population of hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells, as well as immune cells such as monocytes and lymphocytes. Our BMMCs are isolated from whole bone marrow drawn by board certified orthopaedic surgeons from the iliac crest of adult consenting donors. Cells are isolated via density gradient centrifugation resulting in the removal of most granulocytes and red blood cells. Our BMMCs are processed and preserved using standardized protocols and exacting quality control measures resulting in optimized viability and negated variability.

The Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) is a heterogeneous stem cell enriched cell population derived from enzymatically digested adipose tissue. Our adipose derived SVF is isolated from lipoaspirates collected via liposuction procedures performed by board certified plastic surgeons. Our SVF is processed and preserved using standardized protocols and exacting quality control measures resulting in optimized viability and negated variability.

Human bone marrow plasma is the liquid component of blood and consists of proteins such as antibody proteins and coagulation factors as well as nutrient molecules and cellular waste. Plasma is the carrier of water, salt, and enzymes and assists in transporting hormones, proteins and nutrients to different areas of the body. Our bone marrow derived plasma is cryopreserved from freshly harvested bone marrow from consenting adult donors. All plasma samples can be matched to samples of Bone Marrow Mononuclear cells as well as primary culture Mesenchymal Stem cells from the same donor.

Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are multipotent adult stem cells found in various human tissues to include the bone marrow. Their ability to differentiate into different tissues such as bone, cartilage, connective tissue, muscle, and fat make them an ideal candidate for cellular therapies for a host of different diseases. The isolation of our MSCs first begins with consenting adult bone marrow donors. Bone Marrow Mononuclear cells are then grown under selective culture conditions tailored to the growth of MSCs. Adherent cells are cryopreserved at passage zero to ensure that you receive only the truest of primary cultures.

Due to the fact that they are readily available and can differentiate into different tissue types such as bone, cartilage, muscle, and adipose, Adipose derived MSCs offer a promising source for cellular based therapies. Our MSCs are first isolated from lipoaspirate collected from surgical liposuction procedures. Adipose tissue is then enzymatically digested and the Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) is isolated. An aliquot of the SVF is then grown under selective culture conditions propagated for MSCs. Adherent cells are cryopreserved at passage zero to ensure that you receive only the truest of primary cultures.
